Sound Therapy Treatments For Individuals
A Sound Therapy Treatment can be a deeply relaxing experience enhancing mind, body and spiritual wellbeing through a holistic approach. It uses therapeutic sound instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, quarts crystal singing bowls, Chinese gongs, vocal overtone harmonics, and percussion tools.
Slower brainwave states like Alpha and Theta may be enduced through listening to therapeutic sound. This can relax the entire mind-body-spirit systems allowing potential energetic and cellular rejuvenation to take place, as well as assist in the transformation of unhelpful beliefs through mindfulness and reflective practice.
There are two types of Sound Therapy Treatments for individuals offered. Both of which are fully clothed treatments, and done in the comfort of a wellness studio in the inner western suburbs of Adelaide. Treatments in your own home can also be made available upon prior arrangement.
I would highly recommend one of your sessions to anyone who has a desire to heal old beliefs, raise their vibrations to their natural wholeness and increase their happiness. Chris – Client Testimonial

Spirit, mind, and body were given a voice through Heather’s attention and understanding, and her skilful and intuitive understanding of how the sublime music she creates interacts with an individual as a holistic being. Vanessa – Client Testimonial
As Heather and I share a wellness studio space, I’ve witnessed every client Heather’s had thus far radically transformed in their energy, after each session with words similar to “I’m just going to float home now”, often stating how much the sessions have helped significantly change their lives for the better. Vassi – Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach
