Hosting this special wellness event, is The Yoga Cycle – one of Adelaide’s most beautiful yoga spaces. The event includes not only a 60 minute therapeutic music meditation experience, but also a chakra energising and rebalancing session with holistic voice techniques.

Following these events is a delicious and nourishing home made supper of dhal, rice, chai tea, and sweets. All food is vegan.
