Little dream come true today for me…. As part of the Arts in Health at FMC Program, I had the honour of co-facilitating a mindfulness retreat day with the wonderful Salima Bond for 20 lovely staff at Repat and Flinders Hospitals. We were at the very gorgeous Sophia Center with its peaceful vibe and lush garden. What a true gift it is to share quiet, stillness, and openings of the heart with beautiful people on a soulful path. 💛💛💛
